Can I join if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes! We welcome all to join the Grill Squad and learn great BBQ. However, members outside of the U.S. will not receive the Welcome Box, Pitmaster Patches, or the Hey Grill Hey discounts due to restrictions on international shipping.

If I purchase a single class/bundle can I upgrade to an All-Access membership later?

Yes! If you purchase a single class or bundle package and later decide to upgrade to an All-Access membership, we will offset the cost of the All-Access membership and discount it at the rate you have already paid in a single course or bundle.

How does the Gift Membership work?

The purchaser will receive a one-time use gift code and printable gift card via email. That code can then be gifted. The person receiving the gift can redeem the code at any time.

How does the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee Work?

If at anytime within the first 14 days you are unsatisfied with the All-Access Membership you can cancel for a full refund. For a full refund please follow the steps below.

To cancel, go to user settings by clicking on the profile in the upper right corner. Then click on Billing in the top left.
Email [email protected]. Let us know why The Grill Squad did not meet your expectations (we value this feedback!) and that you would like a refund. We will respond with a pre-paid shipping label to return the Welcome Box. If you choose to keep the Welcome Box for a partial refund of $100, please let us know in the email.
Use the pre-paid shipping label and return the Welcome Box to the address below. For a full refund, the Welcome Box must be shipped back in a new, and unused condition. If the contents of the Welcome Box are received in a used condition, a partial refund of $100 will be granted. If you wish to keep the Welcome Box, we will issue a partial refund of $100.

Why do you need my address?

Address information is needed to ship the Welcome Box (All-Access members only) and Pitmaster Patches.

What Are Pitmaster Patches?

Pitmaster Patches are given to Grill Squad who complete specific courses. When the course is complete and you do a cook applying the skills you learned, take the assessment, upload a photo, and we will send a patch your way to mark the accomplishment!
